TL494: DC PSU 12V ATX own project

Part Number: TL494
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM393, UCC2894, UCC2897A

Tool/software:

Hi, I need to design a 12V 200W ATX power supply for my own needs, based on various diagrams I see that the power goes to the TL494 module and then to the LM393 and here's the question, what will be the latest equivalent of TL494? The input will be a 12V 200W 20A power supply, at the output I need to put at least 15A in the 5V line, I know that I have to do it with stepdown converters and I've already seen diagrams here, but I got lost in the middle, where I need a PWM controller and a standby converter. Any suggestions?

I need to design the power supply for an old game console, yes I can use ready-made ATX power supplies, but they are too big and won't fit inside the case, that's why I peeked at pico psu power supplies, but they have too few amps in the 5V line and hence the idea to build my own power supply.
