I have the same problem as you had before. I need to install the ev2300 on a Win 64Bit notebook and can not find solutions for that. I dont know wich sw should be installed on my note to access a bq20z75 chip. As I fix medical equipment always have problems on findind articles about this stuff, and when I find it they are out of production and can not download sw that will help me to access the battery bms board.
