Hello, I am trying to perform the learning cycle for the bq27520-G4 by referring to the SLUA903 document, but when following the procedure in section 3.2.1 'Discharge Battery to Empty,' it remains stuck at Update Status 00.
I am reaching out to inquire about this.
Current procedure:
1. Update the firmware to bq27520G4_3_29.srec
2. Select and update from the chemistry list
3. Flash update according to the battery specifications
4. Send IT (Gauge) enable command (0x21) -> Then send the reset command (0x41)
->QEN(HIGH), RUP_DIS(HIGH) Check
->Flash memory(Gas Gauging state): IT Enable 01(Hex) Check
->Flash memory(Gas Gauging state): Update Status0 or 1 00(Hex) Check / not change 00 to 04
Although the IT Enable changes, the Update Status remains at 00. Can you tell if there is something wrong with the procedure
