We offer a single half bridge gate driver with integrated current sense, but not integrated MOSFETs.

Our Brushed and Stepper group also offers some drivers that may fit your needs.

I want to make sure I understand what you need, my team offers step-down power-stages (gate driver + MOSFETs for voltage regulation) and controllers (provides monitoring, diagnostics, and PWM control of power-stages) for server applications. 

The MP87420 and MP87440 you mentioned look to be power stages, and the TPS53631 you referenced is a controller for powerstages. We do offer some competing products of the MP devices, but we may need to get into more detail to make sure we can find the most appropriate device for your application.
