    Can you help me understand the context behind the parameters you listed and what you intend to use them for? I want to make sure I understand correctly what you're asking for.

    We do generally have recommendations on external input and output capacitance for our power ICs, but it sounds like your inquiry may be following a different thread.

    Hi Sarah. Thanks for your response.

    We're trying to use the numbers to calculate the dynamic power and establish proper de-coupling for each device.

    Hi,

    We haven't specified internal/parasitic capacitances for these devices. Regardless, these would generally be dwarfed by even the minimum we recommend for external decoupling.
