Hi, I want to use CSD17578Q3A in my design. There are two part numbers CSD17578Q3A and CSD17578Q3AT in the datasheet. They have different prices. What is the difference between them? I found that the operating temperature of CSD17578Q3AT is -55~150℃. What is the operating temperature of CSD17578Q3A? Apart from that, are there any other differences between them?

Hello LIang,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD17578Q3A and CSD17578Q3AT are the same FET. The only difference is the reel size and quantity (2500 vs. 250). The datasheet is the same for both part numbers. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
