Tool/software:
Excerpt from the datasheet,
"the power-supply designer can either drive EN/UVLO as an enable input driven by a logic signal or connect it directly to VIN".
I plan to drive the EN/UVLO pin of the LM5164 to 0V and 3.3V via an RC network from a microcontroller however, there may be a scenario when VIN is 0V. Is it safe to drive the EN/UVLO pin to 3.3V when VIN=0V? Some Buck converters from TI state that the EN pin voltage must never be higher than VIN + 0.3V so I just wanted to make sure that the LM5164 doesn't suffer from this problem.
