TPS61200: VOUT behavior when UVLO is triggered

Part Number: TPS61200

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am working with the TPS6120 boost converter and would like to clarify its behavior when the UVLO (Under Voltage Lockout) threshold is triggered.

From my understanding, when VIN drops below the UVLO threshold, the converter stops switching. However, I am unsure what happens to VOUT in this case:

1. Does VOUT drop to 0V
2. Does VOUT remain approximately equal to VIN?

Looking at the internal block diagram, it seems that the output pin (VOUT) is connected through a pair of MOSFETs. What conditions must be met for VOUT to drop to 0V when UVLO is active?

Thanks in advance!
