Hi,

We are working on LM74500-Q1 and have used the below given values in our circuit (The values are only for reference which we have used).

We need to calculate turn on time of MOSFET and also the Safe operating area (SOA). It would be helpful if we are provided with formulas to calculate the above.

    Hi Mukunda,

    Can you help me understand why RC is being added on the gate pin?

    LM74500-Q1 drives the ideal diode FET and controlling the gate slew rate will have no impact on output voltage as body diode always has a path for output.
