TPS7A20: TPS7A2033 current limit plot

I'd expect the current limit characteristics for the 3.3V variant to have a similar shape to the 0.8V figure shown in the datasheet. Output current will start at 520mA typical for output voltages down to around 1V at which point the current limit folds back to 160mA typical.

Hi Alex,

If anything, is the VOUT=2.8V characteristic closer to the VOUT=3.3 curve than the VOUT=0.8V characteristic?

Yes, the 3.3V characteristic should be similar to the 2.8V characteristic with a higher starting voltage as you have shown on the right.
