BQ24160: Charge complete status does not occur in low temperature environment

Hi team,

If 300mA or 150mA is written to the register [Reg 05h, bit2 - 0] of the termination current and the battery is charged in the environment of 0 to 10°C, the status [Reg 00h, bit6 - 4] will be 011-Charging from IN or 100-Charging from USB, but not 101-Charging Done.
(The current is gradually decreasing with each increase in battery voltage (CV charging), but the status does not become 101-Charging Done at the set end current value.)
*This phenomenon does not occur under normal temperature.

Is there any possible cause?

    This is likely due to the TS Cold status of the charger. Section 8.3.2 of the datasheet indicates that termination is disabled when a loop other than the Constant Voltage regulation loop is regulating charging:
