Hello Erika,

Make sure to have the latest software update on your system with the latest firmware package for your device. I would also recommend trying your setup on a different device as well.

EVM user guide says:

“.1 System Requirements The bq33100EVSW software requires Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Drivers for Windows 98SE are provided, but Microsoft no longer supports Windows 98 and there may be issues in Windows 98 with USB driver support.”

So, is Windows 11 pro OS supported?

Hello Erika,

Windows 11 is supported by BQstuido but this would be an issue on windows end and not on the BQstudio end if not function. We are recommending going onto different device or using windows 10 if BQstuido is not working.
