Hey,
Im looking for a buck converter to power iMX93 SoC rail in nominal mode (0.85V).
Maximum current is 2.7A, but in my several applications, the current can vary from 100mA to 1.2A. So i want the buck to be efficient also in low currents and in higher currents.
The current power solution for the iMX93 is not so efficient in low current mode (pca9451) where the buck that powers the SoC only works in dual phase mode (buck1&3) and i saw also that ti offered a solution that i ordered to check, but for now i also want to try replace the buck1&3 in pca9451 that powers the SoC with a standalone buck and keep the buck1&3 off in the pca.
Beside the one i mentioned in the title, do you have any other recommendation for this scenario?
Vin to the buck is 5V
