    Hello,

    If possible, on one of the devices where 0_0_0 is being shown when attempting to open bqStudio, can you please send the 0x08 command then read back 0x0D and tell us what is read?

    good afternoon,thanks for your reply.

    The 85PCS abnormal batterys are already programed by BQ40Z50-R4 golden data,so i have already no abnormal batterys,and i can’t do it as you reply.but,i already programed the 2PCS batterys by BQ40Z50-R1 golden data again which are belong to 85PCS abnormal batterys.the 2PCS batterys will be storaged for an month times,and after an month the 2PCS batterys will be tested again.
