thanks for reaching out in E2E.
The current consumption when EN=HIGH and there is no load should be very close to the specified Operating Quiescence Current when operating in PSM (MODE pin = Low).
The current thru the FB voltage divider has some impact on the additional current consumption.

Hi,
in PSM mode the switching becomes discontinuous. With lowering the load the switching frequency is getting lower and lower. At very light load or no load there are only from time to time some switch events to recharge the output cap. Between these switch pulses the device is not switching, which represents this situation in the table.
