Hi,

I was wondering if you could explain how the CCSI protocol works for this LED driver? How does it differ from SPI?

    Hi Abigail,

    the CCSI is different with SPI interface.

    1. The SPI just requests SCLK during the sending the data but CCSI request continuous Clock.  
    2. the SPI protocol normally use 16bit per data, but CCSI need 16bit and 1bit check bit for each data. the details are shown in the datasheet.
