The maximum power dissipation (PD_max) for any LDO depends on the ambient temperature (Ta) of operation. In this case, maximum power dissipation would correspond to a junction temperature (Tj) = 150°C. Please let me know the ambient temperature and I will calculate PD_max for you.
Assuming Ta = 25°C,
PD_max = (Tj - Ta)/RθJA = (150 - 25)/25.3 = 4.94 W
