I would like to have some help with the Failure Mode Distribution for the following part number TPS65400QRGZRQ1, this is usually included in the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, but I cannot locate it in the technical documentation.

In a previous occasion, there was not available this report for a different part number, and it was requested and provided. (See SN74HC244: Functional Safety report - Pin FMA - Logic forum - Logic - TI E2E support forums). Is it possible to have the same process with this part number?
