The LMG2650 device is still preliminary, meaning our validation team is still finalizing data which will be included when the device is fully released.
For now however, you can reference data from LMG2640 which will have similar Aux operating current. Figure 5-20 includes the full data:

Hi Jerome,
We do not have data collected beyond 500kHz. However, given that the AUX current vs. switching frequency dependency is linear, you may interpolate the graph above to calculate the proportional AUX operating current at 5MHz.
The characteristic is linear because the current draw is primarily affected by the switching frequency dependent gate driving loss.
