I have a question about the Reset time delay for TPS3842.

In the provided data sheet for a reset IC, there are equations that relate the Reset time delay to an external capacitor. Specifically, the constants 2.858, 3.715, and 2 are used in these equations to calculate the typical, maximum, and minimum Reset time delay, respectively. Can you explain how these specific constants (2.858, 3.715, and 2) were determined?

Hi Daigo,

Those values account for the tolerance of the resistor and current source of the charging structure of the timing capacitor.

Can you please provide me with data on the resistance and current source tolerance of the timing capacitor charging structure?
Is it on the datasheet?
