Hi,

I am using this IC for my project,

Requirement is : 10V output voltage and 300 mA current.

1) Input voltage range mentioned in datasheet as 6V to 115V, while in simulation I am not getting output up to 19V. Why so ?

2) What is output voltage for Bias regulator and threshold for VDD UVLO ?

What is the min. input voltage value you have considered for 19V output voltage?

Hi Nityanand,

19V is not output voltage, I mean to say I'm not getting output up from 6V to 19V of input voltage. From 20V of input voltage I'm getting output.

1) Reference Schematic

2) Waveform at 19V input, where Vout1 = 0V after 3ms

3) Waveform at 20V input, where Vout = 12V after 3 ms.

Hi Rahul,

Looks like there is some bug in the simulation file. Does this issue happen across the load current and shorting the VIN to EN/UVLO pin?.

yes, Issue occurred across the load current and with shorting to VIN and EN.
