TPS552872-Q1: 芯片损坏

Hi TI team，

我们的PCBA在进行FCT测试的时候，出现了4pcs TPS552872QWRYQRQ1芯片损坏的问题

目前检查了其中两颗芯片，失效状态如下：

1）芯片1失效状态（板上测试：①VIN对PGND阻值0.4Ω、②SW1对PGND阻值0.4Ω、③SW2对PGND阻值0.4Ω、④VOUT对PGND开路、⑤VOUT对SW2开路、⑥VCC对PGND阻值10.2Ω）

2）芯片2失效状态（板上测试：①VIN对PGND开路、②SW1对PGND阻值0.5Ω、③SW2对PGND阻值0.5Ω、④VOUT对PGND开路、⑤VOUT对SW2开路、⑥VCC对PGND阻值10.4Ω）

3）芯片2失效状态（裸片测试：①VIN对PGND阻值16MΩ、②SW1对PGND阻值0.5Ω、③SW2对PGND阻值4.6MΩ、④VOUT对PGND开路、⑤VOUT对SW2开路、⑥VCC对PGND阻值10.4Ω）

可以帮忙分析一下可能导致失效的原因是啥吗？

Thank you for reaching out. What is the application and project here?

Can you describe during what kind of test, the device fails? Start-up or steady state? In factory or OEM?

Can you provide schematic and layout to check if there is any design problem? What is input voltage range, output voltage and output current. What is the part number of output caps. What is saturation current of inductor?
