TPS3890:TPS389001DSER: how to calculate tPD(f)

Part Number: TPS3890

Tool/software:

Hi team,

I would like to check that how to calculate tPD(f) of TPS389001DSER?

In datasheet only show the normal value of tPD(f) under CT=open, and VDD=3.3V or 5.5V. How about the situation when CT is not open and with a specified valued cap?

And I found tow related E2E link,

below one told the tPD(f) is fixed and not related to the CT cap,

But another link shown below told the calculation formula and tPD(r) = tPD(f)
