LM70840-Q1: Leakage current at EN/UVLO pin

Hi,

Are there internal pull-up / down or ESD protection diode at EN/UVLO pin? Datasheet block diagram doesn't show it. If there are internal components, could you please let me know the leakage current in below condition?

Tj = -40 to 150C
EN/UVLO pin = 5.0V

Ben,

The link you shared shows that the EN pin current was less than 100nA at 150C at the Bias is 87.5V.

- Is it possible to use same value at bias = 5.0?

- Is it possible to use same value at -40C? Or is the leakage less than 100nA at -40C?

For worst case, you can but the pin current will be a lot lower at 5V bias.
