Customer feedback that the recorded FW runtime in lifetime flash is only 1600hrs, but their pack has been ship out for over 2 years.
Customer want to know how FW runtime accumulated and will shutdown mode or other factor will stop FW runtime record?

From the technical reference manual it seems that 0x4221 Total Fw Runtime is about 16 years and should still be able to see the data after 2 years have passed.
