TPSM82821A: ENEPG and NIPDAU electrolytic plating?

ENEPIG also has the same component NIPDAU. Could you please tell me whether the plating of TPSM82821ASILR is electroless plating or electrolytic plating?

Hi Daisuke,

Sorry for the late reply. Both TPSM82821ASILR and TPSM82821SILR have ENEPIG (electroless) finish. We shall soon update the TPSM82821ASILR online page to reflect this.
