I have been trying to open the calculation tool (with three different methods as in readme.txt), but I have not been able to resolve this problem. What was the Matlab version used?

Hello,

Apologies for the delay, there was a system update to our E2E internal tracking system and this question had not been assigned accordingly.

There is no specific version of Matlab that we are certain will run or not run, personally I am running Matlab version R2022 with no issues.
I recommend you first try out the online free Matlab tool, we know that the calculator works here, after that we can try and diagnose further your issue.

Is it possible that firewall is blocking the file from accessing the web?

Hello Mohamed,

Can you be more specific about which method you are trying to test with? have you tried using the online version of Matlab, or are you still debugging the local software version?

Which version of Matlab do you have installed on your machine?

Hi Zach,

Thanks for the quick response. I am trying to open the file with Matlab 2022a. I cannot use the Online version as it's blocked by our system.
