BQ25155: LS/LDO unused

I would just like to confirm the following is been proven acceptable (based on other threads):

We do not need the LS/LDO output of the BQ25155, and we would like to simplfy the layout be removing it's associated components. Our plan is to:

1. Connect VINLS to ground (and obviously remove its capacitor).

2. Leave LS/LDO float (and remove its capacitor as well).

Is this acceptable?

Should I just tie LS/LDO to ground as well?
