BQ25308: Changing ICHG resistor dynamically?

Hey pros! 

The idea is to use a switch to swap between two charge currents. Charge current #1 = 1A , Charge current #2 = 2A , for example

Does BQ25308 allow changing of the resistor dynamically? Or is this only read upon startup?

The next layer: could a switch cause the BQ25308 to reset while it reads the switch as open? Via the 8.3.4.4 ICHG Pin Open ; for the "break before make" switches

    Hi Cameron,

    1.The ICHG resistor value RICHG can be changed on the fly while charging to adjust the ICHG current setting.

    2. ICHG pin should not be open or short. It is ok to switch from one valid RICHG value to another valid RICHG value.
