LM61495: 5V fixed, but output is 1V

Hello engineer:

We follow the datasheet, used the " 9-2. Example Application Circuit - 400-kHz Fixed Output", 5 Fixed Min Bom; but the output is 1V.

The Example:

Our sch:

Powerin is 24V, is there any problem with the schematic diagram?

What is the exact variant of the device that you are using:

My guess is that you are using LM61495QRPHRQ1 - which is the adjustable output variant and since the FB voltage threshold is 1V - you are seeing 1V as the output.

Hi Jacky,

I picked this table from the AEC-Q100 variant of this device LM61495-Q1 (www.ti.com/.../lm61495-q1.pdf). The AEC-Q100 variant has extra reliability tests done based on the AEC-Q100 standard but otherwise has the same pin-out and electrical specs. If you want to use the fixed output variant - please consider using LM61495-Q1.

Otherwise - please use the resistor divider configuration in "Figure 9-1. Example Application Circuit - 400-kHz Adjustable Output" for LM61495: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm61495.pdf. The LM61495 does not have a fixed output variant released as of now.
