Hi,

Our customer found that Vout drops during the Jump Start test(14V to 19V), but they confirmed that OVP (setting 27V), OCP (measure CTMR) was not triggered.

What other possible reasons could cause Hgate to turn off(Vout drops)?

Ch1 : Vin, Ch2 : Hgate, CH3 : Vout

Hi Che Wen Yeh,

During 14V to 19V jump, is it possible that the COUT had enough inrush current to trigger short circuit protection?

Please share the schematic.

Hi Che Wen Yeh,

There is a chance that short circuit is triggered. Please probe FLT/ and check if there is any fault generated
