equation 42 & 46 seems not correct, how did we get 22.58A and 17.42A from what is written ?

Hey Mohamed,
VSR is supposed to be the voltage drop across the synchronous rectifier.
For I diode it will be around 0.5 V, for synchronous rectification with mosfets it will be lower.
For the equations you showed, the 20 is supposed to be on the outside of the division sign.
So its 20 +/- (XXXXX)

what about these equations, what should be the unit of Leakage inductance H or µH and Fsw KHz or HZ and delts Vclamp should it be 0.5 for 50% ?

Everything should be in base units, except Delta VCLAMP which is in %age.
