We are currently evaluating the LMR51420XFDDCR,
but the heat generated at 2A output exceeds our company's standards.
Please let us check for an alternative package that allows heat dissipation from the bottom of the IC.
From my research, the following seems to be good:
LMR51450FNDRRR
(36V, 5A, synchronous rectification, fsw:0.2-1.1MHz, FPWM, heat dissipation pad)
