LM25180-Q1: How to deal with unused transformer winding?

Tool/software:

Hi expert,

My customer is using LM25180 in different platform with same transformer.

For some platform, they don't need multi output rail. Can we leave the winding NC?

My customer worried about the EMC performance. Do we have test report?

I told them to leave one of the winding pin NC and the other to the GND, is it better?
