TPS7A4501-SP: Regarding variation of Vref Vs temperature graph.

Hello TI support,

VREF for TPS7A4501 varies from 1.174 to 1.246 for full temperature range. Can we get graph of VREF variation from -40'C to 70'C?. There is Fig: 7 depicting output voltage Vs temperature, not sure if that can be considered as limits are not matching with given datasheet values on extremes of graph in Fig:7.

Hi Jagdish,

Yes, Figure 7 can be used. The limits of the figure don't line up with the datasheet min/max because the datasheet min/max accounts for multiple sources of variation in addition to temperature, such as part-to-part manufacturing variation, and also includes some statistical guardbanding.
