Hi all,

About internal MOSFET Structure of this device,  This device is a DCDC with intergrated FET and uses an internal MOSFET.

1) Is this MOSFET a high-current power MOSFET?

2) Is this MOSFET a vertical structure or horizontal structure?

I think it is not power MOSFET because it has a low current value of 200mA.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

    Thanks for the confirmation. I read it. I would like to know more details about the ''internal MOSFET'' mentioned in this Description.

    1) Is this MOSFET so-called "power MOSFET"?

    If it is designed to handle high current, it is a power MOSFET. I would be happy to know the rating and Rdson details of the MOSFET.

    2) Is this MOSFET a vertical structure or horizontal structure?

    MOSFET structures can be roughly divided into the following. In this case, which is it?
