We unfortunately don't have anything p2p to UA79M05CKVUR that will support negative voltage and -45C to 125C operating temperature. What is the application that requires -45C, if you're able to share? Typically -40C would suffice as a lower bound, so I'm wondering if this is a special application.

Based on your feedback, I can try to find an alternative option for you.

Sorry that is a typo, -40 is ok for our industrial use case.

Do we have P2P for -40C to 125C ?

Hi Lillian,

The closest option that will fulfill the -40C to 125C requirement is TPS7A33. Note that TPS7A33 is not p2p to UA79M, has a higher current rating, and is lower noise.
