Hi,

I am searching an isolated transformer with a maximal height of 4.5mm for the TPS55010. In our application the TPS55010 is supplied by 3V3 or 5V and shall generate isolated 5V with a maximum load of 150mA. The proposed Wuerth transformer's size exceeds our height constraint (see TPS55010 specification).

Did you try Digikey, Pulse Engineering, Coilcraft, Datatronics, or Wurth Electronics Midcom, etc?

Yes I checked all of them. The difficulty is to find a not custom-made transformer which works properly with the TPS55010 with Vin=3.3V and Vout=5V / Iout=2mA to 150mA. The maximum height of the transformer must be only 4,5mm in our application and the proposed transformers by TI are more than twice bigger.

If that part cannot be obtained by the off-the-shelf, a custom part is needed to meet your design height specs. If the volume is high enough, it would be ok to ask a vendor to design a customer part for your design.
