For Isolated Integrated Bias (IIB), Mid Voltage (MV), the part numbering nomenclature is such that if the last digit ends in "0", the isolation rating is 3kV (basic isolation) but if it ends in "1", the isolation rating is 5kV (reinforced isolation). UCC15240 is 3kV but UCC15241 is the same pin-to-pin, compatible, drop in replacement, rated for 5kV. This is also captured in table 5-1 below and is shown in all IIB MV data sheets.
UL cert is also following the 0/1, basic/reinforced isolation described above:
