BQ34Z100-G1: Necessity of Re-Acquiring Golden Image Through a New Learning Cycle When Scaling Factor Changes

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

Tool/software:

I am attempting to change the scaling factor from a 100mA scale (DESIGN_ENERGY_SCALE = 100) to a 20mA scale (DESIGN_ENERGY_SCALE = 20). This necessitates me to change various capacity and current threshold registers to reflect this new scale. I am still using the exact same cell type. Do I need to generate a new golden image with all of the updated curr threshold / capacity register values that have been updated to reflect the scaling factor is now 20? If so, do I also have to re-run a learning cycle, or is it sufficient to simply re-generate this new golden image with the updated register values without re-running the learning cycle which *has already been run for the existing golden image, albeit at 100mA scaling*
