UCD90124: Unable to connect to tool

2 erase the data flash

I have successfully erased the four addresses, but I still cannot connect to the tool.

As shown in the log, four devices were found, but there is a connection error.

Is there anything else I can try?

Yes, Specify the address as 52 and select the Erase button, and then press
I pressed the start button. I did that for 4 addresses.
The log indicated that the process was complete.

The version used is 7.10.1

UCD90124A @ PMBus Address 126d Project.xml was written to four addresses.

Completed successfully. However, I cannot connect to the tool.

Please use the same tool, select data flash file to import. 

If still not work, you may try to put some UCD90124A under reset and try one device a time.
