Tool/software:

Using TI's TPS4H160B chip, THER=H, First, short circuit IN=H and OUT to ground. At this time, CS is at a high level. Then, maintain IN=H, remove the OUT short circuit fault, and restore the current feedback function of CS. Is there a way to keep CS at a high level before IN changes to L? Enable the software to recognize that an OUT short circuit to ground fault has occurred in the past.

    It does not look like there is a way to hold CS high before the fault clears. CS is bound by the delay characteristics in the datasheet below.

    In the fault table it describes the device recovering automatically when it hits a short to ground condition.
