I am currently encountering an issue while testing an IC in my circuit, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Specifically, I have observed the following behavior:
When I power on only the Vcc (15V), the PWM output functions as expected. However, when I power on both Vin (28V) and Vcc simultaneously, the Vcc becomes disabled for reasons I am unable to identify.
To help illustrate the problem, I have attached my circuit diagram and waveform captures for reference. For your convenience:
- CH1 corresponds to Pin 9,
- CH2 corresponds to Pin 14,
- CH4 corresponds to Pin 15.
If you could provide any insights or suggestions regarding this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you require additional information or further details about the setup.
