TPS7H5005-SEP: HICCUP capacitor was NOT discharged to 0.3V properly.

Are you able to provide the schematic of the converter?
Its probable this is either a noise issue or something is interfering with the pin.

HICC capacitance value: 3.3nF.

If it is due to noise, voltage at HICC pin voltage is  misbehaved during normal switching condition also right.It only happens at overload condition only.

Hey Dinesh,

Are there additional things connected to the pins or are the arrows just net names?

I would look at increasing the size of the HICCUP capacitance and see if that fixes it.
We have seen issues before where SYNC has added noise to the HICC pin and caused issues.

Hi Daniel,

                  We have increased the HICCUP capacitance value from 3.3nF to 8.2nF. But problem was not solved rather it takes longer time to drop from 1V to 0.6V but it never comes to 0.3V and switching not started once it stops.

Channel 3: HICCUP PIN , Channel 4: Iout

Additional nets was just 0 ohm resistor and to connected to our connector for parallel operation.

Currently just one device, for future parallel operation it was connected to connector with 0ohms in series.

To clarify when I ask about one device, I am asking if another converter is showing the same behavior or not.

If only one converter is showing this behavior I would guess this was damage to the device.
If its multiple, it would mean there is a larger issue.
