hi expert,

my customer want to know if the UCC21530-Q1 can be used in 800V OBC application? customer think Creepage distance need up to 4mm in 800V sytem, but our device is just 3mm.

Thanks for reaching out! Have we promoted the next-gen device UCC21551-Q1 to the customer? The UCC21551-Q1 has 2 28-DFJ package options which allow for >5.3mm CH-CH creepage.

of course, but could you help share the datasheet for this package, i don't find this package information in UCC21551-Q1 datasheet. could help review below question:

,the package size of DFJ is provided
2,if UCC21520 or UCC21530 is applied at 800V, by spraying the pins three anti-paint, can it?
3,UCC21551-Q1 production time is?

DFJ package size is 10.6mmx7.5mm. Could you please clarify question #2?
