Hi,
I need ideal diode for 12V device (because of reverse polarity protection = I need to NOT switch-on the device when someone connect red wire to GND and black wire to +12V).
There will be 100A. Is is possible to use LM74700D-Q1 with multiple FETs (4x DMT6005LPS-13)?
Or could recommend me another (80A) 100A FET?
LM74700D-Q1 works well in my design...this is the reasony why I would like to modificate him...
If there is better circuit for my design, I can use it.
