Hi Currently i am designing DC-DC CONVERTER whose input is 385V and Required output is 3.3V,30A .

Currently i am thinking that i will used UCC3580-1 for Active clamp Forward Topology , Please suggest some alternate Part Number for designing the above the DC-DC Converter.

Hi,

LM5025 is suggested to active clamp forward voltage mode control.

UCC2897A is recommended to active clamp forward current mode control.

In your case, 385Vin, 3.3Vo/30A, UCC2897A is recommended to do. Alternatively, UCC2894 can be used which is in the same family of UCC2897A.

Hi sir

I have one more doubt if I will used the UCC2897A , As per datasheet Vin pin of IC , we have to directly connected to Power Rail i.e 385V but this IC does not support this much voltage so Please guide me that how i will connect this pin to Power Rail,,

Can I connect this pin using Voltage divider Circuit?

Hi,

Open VIN pin, and use proper voltage directly bias to VDD pin.
