Hello,

My customer is looking for GaN solution to improve efficiency.

They want a full solution that can be applied to make a variety of products with the specifications below.

    - VIN = 12V

    - VOUT = 0.6~5.5V

    - IOUT = 6, 8, 12, 20, 30, 40A and Max 100A

Please recommend a suitable product among TI's new GaN solutions.

It would be better if there is a reference design that includes GaN Controller + GaN FET + Inductor, etc.

    Hi JH, 

    The lowest voltage available in TI's GaN portfolio is 100V. There are no existing devices or reference designs that would best address the requirement of only a 12V FET requirement. 

    The best device (though not necessarily optimal for the application) would be LMG3100R017 devices used in interleaved buck stages to meet the 100A output requirement.
