Hi Team,
I am using the TPS543820 buck regulator for 12V (Vin) to 0.85V (Vout) conversion. Current derating information w.r.to the ambient temperature is not available in the datasheet. Could you please share the Derating Curve of this device for 0.85V Vout?

The datasheet has 1V Junction temperature vs output current figure 6-7 which is close to 0.85V. https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps543820.pdf#page=8
Also, webench can be used to estimate the IC junction temperature using the input voltage, output voltage, current and ambient temperature as input to start the calculations.
