LM61440-Q1: Specifications for LM61440 at lowest VIN operation

Part Number: LM61440-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM61440

Tool/software:

Hellow.

I'm NAOAKI.

I have a question about the description in the datasheet.

VIN_OPERATE means I want to know the voltage at which the LM61140 is reliably stopped.
I understood the following, is it a correct interpretation?

When VIN_OPERATE= Min 3.95V or more, the UVLO of the internal LDO of the LM61440 is released and switching is possible.

When VIN_OPERATE= Min3.0V or more, UVLO of the internal LDO of LM61440 is detected and LDO stops and switching is disabled.

VIN_OPERATE_H = Typ 1V represents the hysteresis of the voltage difference between Min 3.95V ⇔ Min 3.0V.

Assuming the above is correct, should I assume that the state in which LM61440 will not operate reliably is 3.0V or lower?

#  I do not intend to operate to such a low voltage region, but I would like to know the operating specifications when it stops operating.
